After organizing the Houston Unity Group almost 2 years ago, I thought it might be time to share some of the Unity 3D goodness with the rest of Texas. Unity is the fastest growing game engine out there. And not only is it being used for game development, there are several examples of applications in advertising, medical, energy, architecture and education. The goal of this group is to promote self-organizing pick-up games (no officials, coaches, etc. will be there to direct) for all ages. Small-Sided soccer play develops quick feet, close dribbling, passing, and finishing skills. Currently, we support mixed age games with kids 9 and up thru adults (depending on ability and courage!).
