Announcing: The Philadelphia Game Development Meetup Mailing List

For new members,

The Meetup mailing list is available for everyone to use, and email sent to gamedev-philly-list@meetup.com allows you to communicate with the entire group.

Topics may include upcoming game-related events, or technology issues and questions. I will periodically send Meetup followup notes and comments.

Removing yourself from the List

You can remove yourself at any time by going to the "Membership and Communications" tab on your "Account" page, which is linked at the top of the Meetup site.

There you will see a list of all your Meetup groups where you can choose which mailings you want to receive. You may choose "digest" form (daily) or individual emails.

If you opt out, you will still receive Meetup announcements.

Privacy

Note that your email address will be visible to all recipients.

Messages are archived under the Mailing List tab on the left side of the page. Your email address is not visible to the public.

Message Board

In addition to the Mailing list, the Meetup message board lets you post under specific topics within folders, such as Game Technology and Software and Online Resources and Publications.
