I’m fine
with whatever works for the majority.
Thanks,

Update on our next meetup
sorry, didn't realize meetup.com automatically picks the next meetup date..
As the 27th is going to be in the smack middle of the holidays, I'm not sure if
this will be a good date. For those who want come, let me know if you prefer to
do it the week before.
I will probably be changing the location to a quieter, more
discussion-appropriate location.
If you're wondering what the email title means, that's what I decided to throw
in as a starter topic so that we have something to start from. It's basically a
pun on the buzz phrase "Web 2.0" which describes the new trend in
website development to make them more dynamic and emphasize on user participation.
So I'm referring to games like Second Life and even Animal Crossing that depart
from the traditional method in creating in-game content. I know there are some
points to argue even in my approach to this topic, but that should just make it
more
interesting to discuss.
By no means do I want to restrict the spontaneous progress of discussion
though, and I invite everyone to throw in a topic also.
If you do throw one in though, please be prepared to kick off on the proposed
topic :)
